The Open Water Referral option allows you to complete just the theory and confined water sessions of the Open Water course. This then gives you the option to complete the qualifying Open Water Dives either at later date(within 12 months) or perhaps even on holiday!(Why would you….you live on an island surrounded by some of the best diving in the world!!!!)

So what’s involved?

The first step is to come down to the dive centre and purchase your Crew Pack which contains your homework and logbook. 

You then complete the home study sections of your open water manual before we begin the classroom sessions. This means we spend more time in the water!

Then the exciting bit…….we go diving!!!

We take you into our custom built confined water area where your instructor will guide you through all the basics skills required until you are confident and happy!

Once you have completed both the theory and confined sessions you will be ready to move on to the Open Water qualifying dives.
