This course introduces you to the benefits and advantages of using enriched air mixes of up to 40% safely.

In this Nitrox Course we look a little at the history of nitrox, review diving physics and physiology, also we talk about where nitrox comes from and how to obtain and verify the nitrox mix in a cylinder. After a brief written review of the material we have covered – it is time to go diving!

Included in the fee is everything needed for this course – all course materials, all equipment required and your certification fee. It takes just one day – as much of the theory is done in your time at your pace using the course materials provided.
