DECOMPRESSION
PROCEDURES COURSE

This course examines the theory, methods and procedures of staged
decompression diving. This program is designed as a stand-alone
course or it may be taught in conjunction with other TDI courses
i.e. Advanced Nitrox, Advanced Wreck or Extended Range. The main
objective of this course is to train you how to plan staged decompression
dives not exceeding 45msw and also equipment requirements and gear
setup amongst others.
The course takes place here at Wraysbury Dive Centre over 2/3 days.
Day 1 – The morning is taken up with theory,
going over the knowledge reviews and completing the multiple choice
quiz. In the afternoon we go diving.
Day 2 – This day is normally taken up with
the last two dives required for this course covering all skills
for the open water section.
Day 3 – This day is available should you
feel you need it necessary, as an opportunity to cover any theory
or practical skill you are not completely happy with.
We can provide any equipment you require to complete this course. The training materials and certification fee are included
in the course price. The next step in your technical training is
either Extended Range or Entry Level Tri-mix.
